The Carolina RailHawks tied the Atlanta Silverbacks 2-2 in an exciting, high energy match at WakeMed Soccer Park on Saturday Night. The Silverbacks drew first blood with Jason McLaughlin early in the match. Dan Antoniuk equalized in the 29^th minute sending the teams to the locker rooms tied 1-1 at the half. Jamil Walker put the RailHawks on top in the 84^th minute but David Hayes tied it all up just one minute later sealing the final score at 2-2.

Next the Carolina RailHawks organization will make history when the Carolina RailHawks Women bring back competitive soccer to the Triangle as they host the Atlanta Silverbacks Women on Friday, May 16^th at 7:30 PM at WakeMed Soccer Park. The Carolina RailHawks Men host the Minnesota Thunder next Sunday, May 18^th 2008 at WakeMed Soccer Park at 6:00 PM.
