The Carolina RailHawks earned three important points on Sunday night by defeating Miami FC at Tropical Park Stadium with a late game winning goal by forward Dan Antoniuk in the 87th minute. The RailHawks were able to neutralize the speed of the Miami side and capitalize on a defensive error when a ball played into the box by Jamil Walker was headed by a Miami defender to the feet of Antoniuk who easily put it into the back of the net. The match saw the debut of midfielder and MISL indoor champion Matt Watson as he subbed early in the game for Ryan Solle. The RailHawks are now virtually in second place in the standings with seven points in three games played.
