Bentley Woods Annexation Area Public Meeting Set For February 7

The Public Utilities Department will be holding a Public Meeting on Feb. 7 at 7 p.m. to discuss the installation of water and sewer lines for the city-initiated Bentley Woods Subdivision Phase I annexation area. Staff will be present to explain the project with all affected property owners and to answer any questions related to the construction project. The public meeting will be held at the Campbell Lodge in Durant Nature Park, South Entrance.

Driving Directions:

North on US 1, Capital Boulevard: Take a left on Gresham Lake Rd. just past the I-540 interchange, Right on Burwell St., Left on Spottswood St., Right into the drive marked Durant Nature Park South Entrance.

South on US 1, Capital Boulevard: Take a right on Gresham Lake Rd., Right on Burwell St., Left on Spottswood St., Right into the drive marked Durant Nature Park South Entrance.
